Jenn Champagne
Jenn is an entrepreneur-at-heart, a lover of nature (especially rock climbing and camping), and dreams of living tiny and off-grid. She feels honoured that people trust her with their stories and experiences.
Jenn’s diverse education and training inform her practice with adolescents, adults, and families. She aims to help people through difficult life transitions, particularly serious medical diagnoses. This passion comes from Jenn’s own journey through breast cancer. Her friends and family comment on how powerfully she navigated that journey, and Jenn hopes to help others do the same, whether it is a medical diagnosis, life transition, or mental health concern. She believes in individuals’ power to heal themselves with a little guidance.
Jenn’s collaborative approach involves meeting individuals where they’re at to help them to identify their values, strengths, and needs so that they can live their life powerfully despite the circumstances. Drawing from attachment theory and neurobiology, Jenn uses concepts from her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Hakomi, CBT, and DBT skills. Jenn is always seeking training opportunities to expand on her ability to help.
