Gabrielle (Gabi) holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Calgary and brings a strong background in both the social sector and customer service. As Program Manager, Gabi oversees Lionheart’s subsidy and therapy program, leads outreach efforts, and helps respond to evolving community needs with compassion and care.
Her previous work focused on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and mental health challenges through outreach and detoxification services. By listening to people’s stories and being involved in their journey to wellbeing, Gabi developed a deep understanding of the barriers many people face in accessing care. These experiences have shaped her passion for fostering more equitable systems and ensuring individuals feel seen, heard, and supported in the ways that are meaningful to them.
Outside of work, Gabi enjoys hiking, solo traveling, and trying new hobbies that challenge her to step outside her comfort zone and embrace new perspectives.
