Kirsten White – Therapies and Treatments

Kirsten approaches therapy holistically by using her knowledge of neurobiology and attachment to help clients overcome phobias, learn valuable stress management skills and to have a strong awareness of their own mind and body. Kirsten meets her clients where they are at and together strengthens their awareness of old patterns that no longer serve them, and helps them work towards creating a healthy balance of body, mind, and environment. Kirsten has specialized training in therapies such as Eye Movement and Desensitization Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy and play therapy.

Kirsten is excited to join Lionheart Foundation and is honoured to have the opportunity to offer clients and their families affordable counselling services.
