Kirsten meets her clients where they are at and together strengthens their awareness of old patterns that no longer serve them, and helps them work towards creating a healthy balance of body, mind, and environment. Kirsten has specialized training in therapies such as Eye Movement and Desensitization Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy and play therapy.
